Margot
Rutledge, the founder of KidsWin, is
an accomplished facilitator, trainer and coach. She has been presenting programs to students and educators since 1993 and
formed KidsWin in 2004 to expand her reach. She has worked with thousands of children, educators and other youth serving professionals
and is consistently recognized for exceeding student and staff expectations.
Prior to founding KidsWin, she
worked for national workforce development firms and training organizations in the capacity of sales, operations,
trainer and coach. Her passion is to help young people develop a high sense of self-efficacy and the skills necessary to lead
successful and purposeful lives. In addition to her more recent work as a facilitator and coach, she has a background in nutrition
counseling, a degree in Foods and Nutrition and became a Registered Dietitian following a Dietetic and Nutrition Internship
at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is a native of New England and currently resides in Westborough Massachusetts.
Sue Blaney is author of Please Stop the Rollercoaster! How Parents of Teenagers Can Smooth Out the Ride. A communications professional,
she has spent 25 years in training and development, marketing and sales. She specializes in improving team performance and
managing the human side of change. She is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst, and a graduate of Northwestern University
with a degree in communications. Her current extensive work with schools and parent organizations began when she created a
parenting discussion group with her peers who wanted to ease their stress, learn and thrive during their kids’ teenage
years.
Brian Tremblay is the Director of Development at The Boys & Girls Club of
Manchester, New Hampshire. His professional vision is to develop in perpetuity the resources necessary to insure no child
will ever be denied the benefit of the facilities, staff and programs offered at the Manchester Boys & Girls Club. He
is a graduate of Keene State College with a degree in Physical Education. He is a Board Member of the Queen City Rotary Club
and a member of the Association of Boys & Girls Club Professionals.
Elyse Levy is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Jewish Federation of Central Massachusetts. Previously,
she worked as the Controller of a $40 million dollar division of Saint-Gobain Abrasives and in the Manhattan office of a national
accounting firm as a Senior Auditor. She is a graduate of Binghamton University with a degree in accounting. She is also
a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
